1.1 What’s InterPPP
InterPPP allows you to perform network communications over a modem using the Point-to-Point protocol (PPP). It enables you to connect to AppleTalk and TCP/IP network services simultaneously by merely double-clicking an icon.
  PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol ) is a standard that allows multiple
local area network protocols to be used simultaneously over a
modem line or other serial connection.
  AppleTalk is a multimedia network architecture developed by
Apple Computer, Inc. for use on Macintosh and other computers
and peripherals.
  TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol ) is an
abbreviation for two communication protocols used to connect
dissimilar systems. The IP protocol controls routing data, and the
TCP protocol controls transferring data. For more information,

1.3 Registering Your Copy of InterPPP
Please complete the pre-addressed, postage-paid registration card, including the product serial number, and return it to InterCon Systems. Registering your copy of InterPPP entitles you to notifications of upgrades, product announcements, and technical support. The serial number verifies your registration and assures you of the support you are entitled to. Support and product upgrades are included for 90 days.
